Shipping and Return

What are the delivery terms?

We offer global delivery. 

Upon receiving your order, it takes 1-3 days to prepare your items for shipment.

Once your package is successfully handed over to the shipping service, the the shipping takes 14-21 business days to destination by air.

For package above 15kg, we offer transportation via railway parcels. This shipping option typically takes around 35-50 days.

International taxes:

International taxes may be applicable based on the tax policies in your respective country.

Customs fees are already integrated into shipping costs for the majority of EU countries and North America. You may only encounter minimal inspection fees for your packages. 

What is the Return Policy?

a. Quality Issue Returns: If you receive a product with quality issues, we offer free return and exchange services. Please contact us via email within 14 days of receiving the item. We will provide you with a return form to complete the process.

b. General Returns: If you wish to return an item for reasons other than quality issues, you may do so within 14 days of receiving the item. Please contact us via email to initiate the return process. Please note that return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Return Process:

  1. Contact us via email at office@millihorti.com with the reason for the return.
  2. We will provide you with a return form that must be included in the return package.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging.
  4. Ship the return package to the appropriate address.
